Admission Procedure
The admission procedure at Vanasthali Gyanpeeth, Patna is designed to be transparent, fair, and accessible to all aspiring students. Our endeavour is to nurture young minds, develop their potential, and prepare them to become confident and responsible citizens.
Parents/guardians may obtain the school prospectus and admission form from the School Office on working days during the prescribed office hours.
The registration form must be duly filled in and submitted along with the required documents. After submission, the school will provide the necessary information regarding the next stage of the admission process.
Parents may also complete the registration process through the school's online admission facility, wherever available.
After successful online registration, parents should retain the registration acknowledgement/receipt and complete the required pre-admission formalities at the School Office. Further information regarding the admission process will be communicated by the school.
After successful registration and scrutiny of documents, the date and time for interaction/assessment will be communicated to the parents.
On the scheduled date, the child is required to visit the school as instructed by the school authorities. Parents/guardians may also be required to accompany the child.
The interaction/assessment is conducted to understand the child's academic level, learning needs, interests, and overall development.
After the successful completion of the interaction/assessment, the school may offer provisional admission, subject to availability of seats and fulfilment of all admission requirements.
Parents must complete the remaining admission formalities and deposit the prescribed fees within the stipulated time.
Admission will be treated as provisional until all required documents are submitted, the information provided is verified, and all prescribed admission formalities are completed.
Admission is subject to availability of seats, verification of documents, fulfilment of eligibility criteria, and compliance with the rules and regulations of Vanasthali Gyanpeeth and CBSE, wherever applicable.
The school reserves the right to accept or reject an application based on the prescribed admission criteria and availability of seats.
